Sources of citation data already exist from which you can quickly import accurate citations to your ORCID iD account.

Citations can be imported from services like Google Scholar Profile, Mendeley, etc., using BibTeX.
To import citations using BibTeX, you must first export them as a BibTeX file from wherever they are held. Follow the instructions for the service to save a BibTeX file on your computer.
Choose Add BibTeX from the Add works menu. Then locate the file on your computer and import the citations.
If you cannot locate citations in Link Works (see right) and you cannot import them using BibTeX (see above), you may need to enter them manually.
Choose Add manually from the Add works menu and complete the form as fully and accurately as possible.
You can add multiple identifiers to describe your work. These include ISBN, ISSN, DOI, Patent Number, PubMed ID, URI, etc. Additionally, you can also add a single URL. For a journal article, for example, you might choose to add the ISSN of the journal, the DOI of the article, and perhaps a URL link to the pre-print or an associated data set.
The most efficient method to add content is with the Search & Link wizard.
In the Works section of your profile, click on Add Works and choose Search & link
Then choose the service from which you want to import citations. It is recommended to begin with the ones listed to the left, unless you know of the specific service where your work is cited. Regardless, performing this task with CrossRef will ensure timely addition of any new work you publish online that is assigned a Digital Object Identifier.
When you choose a service, it will seek permission to read and modify your ORCID iD record. Your privately-designated information will not be read or modified by this relationship. You can revoke permission at any time from within your profile. You can grant permission just once for the purpose of importing existing citations. If you want the service to automatically add your future publications, you must keep the authorization open ended.
Once you have granted permission, follow the service's instructions to identify your works and add them to your ORCID iD record. These steps are different for each service.
