The College Libraries strongly prefer digital signs to support efforts to keep library spaces free of clutter and to reduce use of paper. Print signs that are not related to services provided in Addlestone Library are not permitted and will be removed. Typically, only rack cards and bookmarks are able to be accommodated in the acrylic holders at the desks in the library. All signage must be approved by the Dean of Libraries or by Associate Dean Christa Poparad (poparadce@cofc.edu) as the Dean's designee.
The library accepts submissions of digital signage for College-related events and announcements. Approved signs are included in rotating displays on the 4 digital displays in Addlestone Library. Paper flyers are not accepted.
