Addlestone Library is open to the College of Charleston community and affiliates via card access. Visitors may access Addlestone Library Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, and must present a government issued ID and sign in upon entry.

use general information resources to increase familiarity with the topic and disciplinary vocabulary.
identify the range of information source types available (such as peer-reviewed journals, newspaper articles, books, reference sources, etc.) in order to select those appropriate based on the information need.
apply effective search strategies to CofC Libraries resources and reflect on the research process.
