The library has multiple spaces large enough for class and other meetings. Some rooms are dedicated to library instruction, while other rooms may be used for other College-sponsored programming by request.
Most library classroom and meeting rooms may be used by students as study space when not in use for scheduled programming. Schedules are posted outside each room so that students can see when a space is available.
Addlestone classrooms are not available for regularly scheduled non-library courses. For course classroom scheduling, faculty should email scheduling@cofc.edu. For all other campus room scheduling, please use Astra Schedule available in My Portal.
For special setup requests or an overview of using a library space, library faculty and staff should submit a support ticket at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event.
Non-library employees needing assistance with a library space should communicate these needs to the designated contact person for the space or contact the Access & Instruction Desk.
