Desktop: Present using the station computer. Sign in to the station computer with your CofC single sign-on credentials.

Personal Device: Connect a laptop via the USB-C cable on the podium.

Screen Share: Follow the instructions on the projector screen to wirelessly share your screen. You must be on Eduroam to screen share.

  • Trouble Connecting? If you have trouble connecting using your device's native apps, download the "vSolution App" from your device's app store for another way to share your screen.

Document Camera: Lift the camera arm to activate the document camera. Place desired materials face up on the white pad.

Sound

The room has speakers and you can play sound from the computer or a connected device. Control the volume from the Crestron panel. The A/V mute button will mute volume and stop screen projection.

Known Issues

The lights in Room 122 cannot be turned off. If using the projector, this can negatively impact the brightness of the display, making it a little harder for your audience to see details. The bulbs closest to the projector have been removed to mitigate the problem.

This problem is expected to be resolved, but a resolution date is uncertain.
