Addlestone Library is open to the College of Charleston community and affiliates via card access. Visitors may access Addlestone Library Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, and must present a government issued ID and sign in upon entry.

CofC Libraries Instruction and Assessment: First Year Courses

CofC Librarians and Archivists are available to provide credit bearing, scheduled, and point of need instruction to ensure users have access to regular and timely instruction in the use of library and other learning/information resources.

ENGL 110, FYE, LC

College of Charleston Research & Instruction Librarians are available to come to ENGL 110 and First-Year Experience (FYE) courses and Learning Communities.

Faculty are encouraged to complete the Library Instruction Request Form to schedule a librarian to provide a session on information literacy and/or library services available to students. Librarians are assigned to faculty upon use of the form; both faculty preference and subject specialties are taken into consideration when assigning these librarians.
